Most reviews are positive; customers say the therapists are skilled, they are especially pleased with the massages and head massages, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Many mention being long-term package holders who visit regularly and describe the setting as relaxing and clean. However, a minority of reviews raise complaints about the hygiene of rooms and showers, rooms that differ from the photos, booking mix-ups, waiting times, and difficulty getting appointments since staff changes. Experiences regarding cleanliness vary from person to person.
