Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are sharply divided, with negative assessments clearly outweighing positive ones. Satisfied customers say the staff are friendly and attentive, the center is clean, and messages are answered quickly. Those who complain say they did not get the expected results from laser hair removal, that package prices have risen steeply, that attention drops off after the sale, and that they were pressured into buying extra services. Frequent machine breakdowns, long waits, cancelled appointments, a broken air conditioner, and frequent staff turnover are also recurring criticisms.
