İletişim konusunda ciddi fırsat alanı var. Önce gel deyip fön yapılacağını duyunca farklı bir saate verip müşterinin gelemeyeceğini bile bile geri çevirmek bence nazikçe anlatılırsa daha olumlu bir iz bırakır.

Just want to say ..I had my hair coloured yesterday at this studio by Erol absolutely amazing results. I've come all the way from UK and would definitely recommend and come back The owners are lovely people too ❤

I stumbled across this place when I first visited Istanbul 2 years ago. Since then I have returned every 6 months for cut and colour. Mr Bekir is a master at haircut and Mr Erol is a master of colour. Could not recommend this place enough, I always get so many compliments after I had my hair done. Thank you so much! 💕

Herkes saç boyama yapar, fakat kırmadan yıpratmadan sağlıklı saç boyamayı bir tek silver’ da gördüm. Harika ötesi bir renk herşey istediğim gibi oldu. Tekrar tekrar geliyorum 💗
