Most customers say they are very satisfied with the results of acrylic nails, manicures, gel strengthening, nail art and silk lash treatments, describing the nails as natural-looking and long-lasting. Staff are frequently described as friendly, attentive and careful with sensitive nails, and the studio is often noted as clean and hygienic; many reviewers say they have been returning regularly for years. However, a small number of negative reviews mention being kept waiting past the appointment time, being turned away due to an incorrectly booked appointment, and being unhappy with staff attitude, while one review also touches on pricing.
