Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are sharply divided, with the majority describing serious problems after the business changed its name and ownership. These customers report being unable to reach anyone by phone, irregular or last-minute cancelled appointments, long waits, and finding the branch closed on their appointment day; complaints also cover hygiene, privacy, and prepaid sessions that were never completed, and some say the business has closed permanently. A smaller number of positive reviews express satisfaction with hair removal and skincare services, describing the staff as attentive, friendly, and skilled.
