Most customers report careful, long-lasting work, particularly for gel and acrylic nails, gel polish, manicures and pedicures, and silk lash extensions, with results matching what they asked for. Attention to hygiene and the polite, experienced manner of the staff come up frequently; some people who previously had allergic reactions or nail damage elsewhere say they have not had those issues here. Many reviewers mention visiting regularly for years, and the availability of a Russian-speaking staff member and the city view are also noted. However, one review raises a serious complaint that the business closed suddenly and did not respond to calls or messages.
