Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers say the staff are attentive and friendly, the venue is clean and hygienic, and the machines deliver good results. Some mention receiving helpful guidance on tanning and note that prices are a bit above the market average but justified by the quality. However, there are a few serious complaints: one review alleges a severe skin burn and a lack of proper instructions, and another claims a machine had not been cleaned. Other criticisms include a turn in the queue being given to someone else, the venue not opening at its stated hours, and some staff being unfriendly, so experiences appear to vary.
