Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers say the staff are friendly and attentive, and they appreciate the private hammam rooms, the sauna and steam room, and the variety of massages, with some also describing the venue as clean. However, a significant number of customers complain that paid sessions are cut short, massages are poorly performed, and hygiene is lacking. Other criticisms include waiting past the appointment time, a smoky waiting area, incorrectly booked appointments, requests for extra payment, no card payment, and claims of different pricing for foreign customers; overall, experiences vary considerably.
