Most customers are very satisfied with this pet grooming salon and boarding service, with the staff's warm, attentive and animal-loving attitude being the most frequently mentioned point. Reviewers often note careful grooming work that matches their requests and a clean facility; for boarding, regular photo and video updates, camera access and reasonable prices are also appreciated. Some reviews mention that the team or management has changed while the quality of care has stayed the same.
