I travelled all the way from Australia, he charged me 2000 AUD, burnt my hair, didn’t give me the colour I wanted, made me come back 2 times, and on-top of that got me fake hair Extentions that were all shedding all over the salon and they weren’t even in my hair! The first session he coloured my hair got me the wrong Extentions and I had to go back another day to also tone it and fix the colour as it wasn’t the colour I asked for, so I made an appointment and went in at 10 he didn’t turn up till 1 apparently there was traffic on a Sunday, mind you the roads were dead!! When I told him I didn’t want those extentions can you just please fix my colour as it was green mind you I had asked for a ash brown with blonde highlights I was now blonde but green nothing like what the picture was that I showed him and he said no I’m not doing anything and he went and sat in the back room, mind you after he was 3 hours late…. I asked his assistant I said this isn’t the colour I want can you fix it and he said we cannot do anything, I said I want my money back because now I have to go somewhere else and fix my colour and get new Extentions, he said we don’t do refund! The service was ridiculous, he is a scammer with rude and disgusting attitude! He is money hungry and has 0 respect for his clients and just takes their money not delivering what he promised. DO NOT GO HERE, everything you see on social media is not correct and I got scammed by this so called good hairdresser, I don’t know why he named his salon the best because it’s far from that. I was thinking even though he is expensive he will give me the colour I wanted as promised and I was so wrong!! He treated us like shit and like we were peasants didn’t even acknowledge us or try to explain anything to me I translated a message to him to read stating if he could fix my hair as it has caused me so much anxiety and he put my phone on the table without reading it and went into the back room! I also mentioned I will go to the police and report them for scamming me and his worker laughed at me!! I would not recommend this hair dresser at all, if you want to get ripped off and have your hair damaged and scammed then go there!!

Instagram'da "mertcnosman" adlı sayfanın reklamını tesadüfen gördüm. Saat 18:30 için randevu aldım ve yarım saat bekledikten sonra beni kabul ettiler. Sayfasındaki saç modellerini gerçekten çok beğendim, ancak saçımı makas kullanmayı hiç bilmeyen, son derece kaba biri kesti ve saçımı yolup, doğrayıp, her şeyi mahvetti. Uzun, kalın ve güzel saçlarımı mahvettiği için eve gelip çok ağladım. Hayatım boyunca travma yaşadım. Bu nedenle, bu kuaför salonunu kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Giderseniz, sadece hayal kırıklığına uğrayacaksınız. Ödediğim parayı da helal etmiyorum, yazıklar olsun size!
