Customers say they are largely satisfied with the results, especially for haircuts, coloring, ombre and root touch-ups, noting that they got the style or shade they wanted. The team is frequently described as attentive, friendly and experienced, and eyebrow shaping, laser and skincare services also receive positive mentions. Some reviews highlight cleanliness, good value for the quality, and being served quickly even without an appointment. A small number of customers mention not fully liking a recent cut, though they attribute this to a possible miscommunication.
