Review summary

The vast majority of reviews are very positive; customers report satisfying results from treatments such as laser hair removal, facials, pigmentation treatment, gel polish, nail extensions and lash services. The team is frequently described as friendly, meticulous and professional, and the salon is often noted as clean and hygienic, with many customers saying they have been returning regularly for a long time. Some also mention that prices are reasonable. However, a small number of reviews state that, although the treatments themselves were good, the management's attitude toward customers felt cold and hurtful.
