Reviews
This rating includes 150 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers say they left satisfied with this historic venue, which reflects local bathhouse culture, describing the staff as friendly and attentive and the prices as reasonable; quite a few are long-time regulars. Opinions on cleanliness differ: many find the place clean, while some complain about poor upkeep, foul-smelling scrub mitts, and catching infections. Some foreign visitors and users of the men's section report that the scrub and massage were very short and careless, and that they were treated differently from local customers. Reviewers also mention a cramped waiting area, no credit card payment, and difficulty communicating in English.
