This is scam. This spa does not belong to hotel, so do not expect the service proportional to the price. There is no privacy in changing rooms, moreover men also hang out in female changing room. When i saw this i demanded refund but they said no refund possible coz i paid with card and proposed to go to another floor where i can change right in the massage room.. Massagist was not professional at all. Then she said me that i need to that changing room again to have a shower! There are no doors in changing room, there are no locks in the shower. Everything felt that much frustrated and disgusting that i decided not to take any shower there.
