Reviews
This rating includes 37 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers noting satisfaction with the results of hair extensions, coloring and cuts, the quality of the hair products, and the friendly, professional attitude of the staff. Some customers travel from abroad or return every year, and the pre-appointment online consultation and pricing are generally viewed favorably. However, several customers report serious problems such as the right hair color not being in stock, long waits, issues with order pickup, and disrespectful behavior from staff. As a result, experiences appear to vary considerably.
