Reviews
This rating includes 138 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers say they were satisfied with the hotel and spa, describing the staff as friendly, attentive and professional and finding the massage and hammam services relaxing. The central location within walking distance of historic sites, clean rooms and a varied breakfast are frequently praised. However, some reviews complain about poor hygiene, an inattentive reception, appointment delays, cold water and pool, complimentary drinks not being provided, as well as weak soundproofing, a faulty shower and unpleasant odors in the rooms. Overall, experiences lean positive, but service quality appears to vary from visit to visit.
