Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are very positive; customers describe the staff as kind, attentive and professional, and say their skincare progress is followed closely. Many report visible improvement in issues such as pigmentation, acne, dryness and redness, and the quality of the products, the green peel, laser and hair treatments are frequently praised. However, a small number of reviews raise serious complaints: one says their skin was burned despite warning about its sensitivity and that the complaint was dismissed, another found a deep-cleansing session inadequate with no follow-up afterward, and one alleges that medical procedures such as injections are performed in an unsuitable setting.
