The vast majority of customers are very satisfied with the salon, and many say they have been returning regularly for years. Hygiene, attention to detail, high-quality results, a wide range of colors and designs, and punctual appointments are frequently praised, along with the friendly and attentive attitude of the staff. However, one customer reports a negative experience, saying they had to wait and were treated coldly because they did not opt for gel polish or nail extensions.
