Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers say they are satisfied with the facial, hair removal, slimming and nail services, describing the staff as warm, attentive and experienced and the space as clean and relaxing. There appear to be long-term regulars, and results from facials and hair removal are generally viewed positively. However, some customers report that laser hair removal packages did not produce lasting results, that a more expensive treatment was performed and charged without their consent, and that after a change in ownership service quality and cleanliness declined and a specialist failed to show up for an appointment. While the overall picture is positive, experiences appear to vary.
