Reviews
This rating includes 80 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers say they achieved the results they wanted, especially with blonde shades, ombre and lightening, without damage to their hair, and that hair previously harmed at other salons was carefully restored. The team is frequently described as friendly, attentive and meticulous, and the salon as clean; some customers mention travelling from distant districts to return regularly. On the other hand, a small number of strongly negative reviews claim hair was burned, the color differed from what was requested, and mistakes were not acknowledged. There are also complaints about high prices, so experiences appear to vary.
