My haircut and beard trim were done well, and after speaking directly with the owner, I would like to clarify some points regarding my review. The salon later explained that a discount had already been applied to the final price and that we paid less than the prices displayed on the price list. Therefore, I do not believe that we were overcharged. However, my wife was disappointed with the service she received. Her hair was washed with cold water, no conditioner was used, her hair was pulled during the washing process, and a large amount of hairspray was applied. This affected our overall experience. The owner contacted me afterwards, explained the pricing in detail and apologized for the misunderstanding, which I appreciate. My haircut and beard service were satisfactory, but my wife's experience was not at the level we expected. For us, the issue was not mainly the price, but the overall customer experience. This review reflects our honest personal experience.
