Most customers say they are pleased with the quality of the massages, especially the foot massage, along with the friendly and experienced staff and the clean, quiet setting; prices are often described as reasonable for the area. Many mention returning regularly and recommend booking in advance. However, a small number of reviews raise serious complaints, including ankle and tendon injuries during a massage, receiving a different massage type than requested, disorganized handling of bookings, and poor communication. Minor shortcomings such as the lack of a shower are also noted.
