Reviews
This rating includes 43 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers describing the massages and the steam, scrub and hammam treatments as relaxing, the setting as calm, and the staff as professional and friendly. Many say the venue felt clean and that prices were reasonable for what was offered. However, a notable number of customers report serious problems, including rude behavior from reception and staff, insects and hygiene concerns, unpleasant-smelling linens, a lack of privacy between rooms, and sessions shorter than promised. As a result, experiences appear to vary considerably from one visit to another.
