Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers describe the staff as attentive and friendly and say that services such as hair extensions, coloring, ombre, and keratin treatments met their expectations. Some note that appointment times are respected and that prices stayed as quoted in advance. However, a small number of customers report that their requests were ignored, that their hair was cut in a way they did not want, that they felt pulling at the roots after an extension procedure, or that they waited a long time despite having a booking. So while experiences lean strongly toward satisfaction, they can vary from person to person.
