Most reviews are positive, with customers particularly highlighting the attention paid to cleanliness and hygiene, the warm welcome, and the friendly, professional attitude of the staff. The massage service is frequently described as excellent, and many reviewers say they would like to return. However, some customers find the prices very high, report unclear pricing, and mention a staff member behaving rudely. A small number of reviews also point to facility issues such as a cold hammam stone and pool, broken equipment, and worn-looking disposable items.
