Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers highlighting the warm welcome, attentive and professional staff, and a clean, calm environment. Many long-time regulars say the massages are tailored to individual needs and problem areas, and that extra care is taken with sensitive conditions such as prosthetics. However, a notable number of negative reviews criticize the hygiene of towels and rooms, massages that were too forceful or left lasting pain, a sauna and hammam that were not warm enough, and rude communication over the phone. Prices are considered reasonable, but experiences clearly vary from person to person.
