Not recommended. I booked a massage the day before, and on the day of the appointment they told me they have overbooked. There is absolutely no organization. The jacuzzi is freezing (around 20°C), the sauna is barely warm (about 40–50°C), and the steam bath doesn’t work for most of the day. When you ask for it to be turned on, it feels like you’re asking for a personal favor rather than a service you’ve paid for. The hotel itself is very nice, but honestly, it would be better if they closed the spa area until they are able to manage it properly.
