I visited this place 3 times in the beginning they were good but they started losing their quality. My session today was a disaster. My appointment was at 11 but they asked me to wait until 1140 because they were having breakfast apparently. I informed them kindly that I had another appointment and they’ll make me miss it, gozde started the facial treatment but she kept leaving the room and I was under the steaming for over 20min which is bad for my skin, she skipped a lot of phases of the treatment no cold mask or anything that they usually make. She kept me waiting between 3 steps like alomost an hour …. I session of 45 min turned into an 1 hour 30 min duration with skipping all the treatment and whatever. It’s too bad that a nice place became like this and thank you for making me miss my next appointment
