Reviews

Most customers highlight the venue's cleanliness, hygiene and calm, peaceful setting, noting that the massage therapists are skilled and the staff are friendly and attentive. Many say they have been coming regularly for a long time, have bought packages, and find the service quality consistent; the sauna, steam room and complimentary drinks are also appreciated. A small number of reviews, however, raise serious complaints that the scrub-and-foam treatment was very brief and careless, not worth the price paid, and that pricing became less transparent after a change in management.
