I wish I read reviews before booking with them....Prices are a scam. Staying at the hotel and I booked a simple basic blow dry. Their own website says: Blow-Dry - 1000 TL. They charges me 3500 TL at the end!!! All I got was shampoo and a simple blow dry. The hair looks good, I have no complains about the hair stylist, he did his job. If they have disclosed it on their website that a basic blow dry is 3500 I would have got my hair done in a different place. How is that even legal?

Unfortunately a very poor experience at The Most salon. We got overcharged and scammed by to lack of consent, lack of price transparency, and aggressive upselling. For context: my husband & I were staying at the hotel the salon is located in. and booked an appointment with concierge for a blowdry (and I asked for a full set of nails when I was there too), and a haircut for my husband. We were left with a €1500 bill, luckily the hotel intervened and managed to get us a 50% discount. I still feel scammed. Main concerns: • During my blow-dry, the hairdresser (who did not speak English) added a treatment without asking or explaining it. This ended up costing an additional €240, which I only discovered afterwards. • For nails, I was told the service would take 1.5 hours, I also told her I had a dinner booked in 2.5hrs. It took 3 hours, making me 1 hour late to a dinner reservation with no time to even change, and we went for a plain colour rather than nail art as originally discussed. I was charged €240 for a full set and an extra €50 for removing ONE nail, which was never explained in advance. (I would have ripped it off myself lol). To make matters worse, 1 of my new nails fell off the next day, and 3 more left the day after. • My husband went in for a simple haircut and beard trim. While we were separated, multiple additional services were added (waxing, threading, pedicure, hand treatments), even after he said he did not want a manicure. Prices for these add-ons were never communicated, and some of the add-ons were not consented to. • The prices on the receipt, the price list shown afterwards, and the online website all do not match, making it impossible to clearly understand or verify what was charged. I work in the beauty/aesthetics industry and fully understand upselling. I was also aware I would be paying a premium given the salon is inside a luxury hotel, and we travel often, so we are used to different pricing across cities. However, this went far beyond a luxury premium and was more so a scam. The only reason this is not 1 star is because hotel management intervened and pressured the salon to apply a 50% discount. Even then, instead of paying €1,500 we still paid €750 for a few hours of being scammed. I strongly advise future clients (especially foreigners!!!) to avoid this salon like the plague. Ask for a full price list upfront, confirm every add-on explicitly, and be very cautious. To the most salon: if you wish to offer better service to clients, receive more tips (as you had asked), and have better reviews than the ones you currently have: • be honest with your pricing. • no service should be added without consent and clear price communication • luxury pricing must come with luxury service.

I was very disappointed with my services at this establishment. I went for a mani/pedi and was charged over $300 for services that took more than 3 hours to complete. The service price on their website for a mani/pedi is $42. With the gel, the cost of service would be ~$65. The mani pedi that i received did not include a foot bath, a scrub or a moisturizer. They only did my nail polish (with gel) on my hands and feet. Not only was the price and the length of service outrageous, the nail artist also damaged my cuticles on my hands and feet causing me to bleed. This left both my hands and feet with scabs on all of my cuticles for over a week. This place is scamming tourists. I would never recommend anyone to visit this salon for fair prices or even subpar services.
