The most awful spa that I have visited in my life!!!Very dirty towels, cold hamam, steam didn’t work! Disrespectful attitude to clients. They promised to wash and do massage at the same to all of us (3 girls), but they do it one by one, so we had to wait each other in the coldest reception/lobby and massage room. Everywhere was COLD! AWFUL! 🤬
