Most reviews express satisfaction with the pet grooming and trimming service; customers describe the staff as friendly, polite and caring toward animals, note that requested styles are carried out carefully, and mention attention to the pets' safety. Many find the setting clean and warm, and prices are described as reasonable for the neighborhood. However, a few customers report poor hygiene and shedding after the trim, and one customer says their appointment was wasted because the business moved without prior notice.
