Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers say they were pleased with the massage, hammam and sauna services, describe the staff as attentive, friendly and professional, and find the venue generally clean and relaxing. Some reviews, however, mention that the massage lacked pressure, that the scrub and foam part was very short, and that prices felt high. A small number of customers complain about cleanliness, problems with hot water and a blocked drain, a rude reception, and a quoted price being changed afterwards. Reviewers also note that reaching the entrance requires going down many stairs and that there is no elevator.
