Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are predominantly negative; a large share of customers say the pool water is dirty, and that the changing areas, towels and overall cleanliness fall short, with slippery stairs also mentioned. Other frequent complaints include a hammam and sauna that don't get hot enough, extra charges for items like soap, payment being required upfront at the entrance, and cards not being accepted. On the other hand, some visitors find the prices reasonable, describe the staff as friendly, and appreciate the place as a simple, no-frills hammam experience. Experiences with the massage and with cleanliness vary noticeably from person to person.
