I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me right away and do what I asked for, which I appreciated. The final result turned out okay, but the overall experience didn’t fully justify the price. We agreed on €100 for a haircut and coloring, which still felt quite expensive considering the salon’s conditions weren’t the best. I also got the impression that the staff wasn’t very familiar with certain techniques, like toning or using low-volume developer. Overall, an average experience with acceptable results, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
