Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are mostly positive, though experiences vary noticeably. Many customers say they were pleased with the massages and hammam, the group and personal classes, and the friendly, helpful team, and they describe the wet areas and spa section as clean. On the other hand, a group of members complains about gym air conditioning that has been out of order for months, broken or insufficient lockers, no towels being provided, pool cleanliness, and general lack of maintenance. Some reviews also mention disputes over parking fees and contract cancellation, as well as a lack of guidance during hammam visits.
