Rating: 1★ WARNING: Fraudulent and Unauthorized Services – Legal Complaint Filed On [Wednesday at approx. 13:30], I visited Saloon Istanbul for a basic haircut and beard trim, clearly agreeing on a price of 900 Turkish Lira. Without any prior consent, the staff performed unauthorized facial treatments and ear procedures both on myself and my wife, despite multiple verbal refusals. Following these non-consensual services, the staff issued a handwritten, non-official bill for 6,150 Turkish Lira (approximately 150 Euros), and demonstrated aggressive and coercive behavior. This conduct constitutes fraud, unauthorized service execution, and intimidation of customers, and has been officially reported to the Istanbul Tourism Police. Recommendation: Avoid this establishment entirely. Seek only verified service providers when visiting Istanbul. ⸻
