All I can say about this hotel is WOW! It was highly recommended to us by my father and now I understand why. We traveled all the way from Canada. Everyone working here was extrmely professional, kind and friendly from the bellboy, front desk staff, room service and restaurant staff-THANK YOU! You made our stay in Istanbul absolutely beautiful! The hotel's interior design is absolutely beautiful, the superior room was very big and roomy for our family of 5. The breakfast buffet in the morning had everything you could think of in a Turkish cuisine breakfast. I especially loved the interior design of the restaurant. The room service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We even had our laundy washed and returned to us the same day. Apart from all these positives mentioned the location of this hotel is wonderful! It is located right in the heart of Istanbul. Take a tram and you could be in Sultanahmet in less than 4 stops. Many shops, restaurants and shopping areas! We will be back to this hotel from now on everytime we visit Istanbul!! 🇹🇷 💖
