اسلوبهم وتعاملهم جدا حلو وراقي وقص الشعر عندهم حلو كل شي كان حلو 🤍 بس عندي تعليق لما طلبت سشوار انا بلّغت البنات انه شعري تعبان ومابدو حرارة عالية والبنت اصرّت تعملي شعري بجهاز الليس انه عشان يضل وقت اطول واحلى و قلتلها اوك بس الحرارة تكون خفيفة عشان الليس رقم واحد بحرق الشعر .. بتقوم بتحطو ع درجة ٢٥٠ وشعري ناعم مابدو هالقهد حرارة وفوقها تعبان ولهلا عم شم ريحة الحرق فيه ! الله يسامحها لكن بصفة عامة التعامل كان كتير حلو 🙏🏻

Worst salon experience ever, my hair was burned and I can’t even comb it properly. I went in for balayage, but what I got is nowhere near balayage; it’s patchy with a yellow, brassy tone. I’m a tourist, and I was charged 8,000 lira for this result. Back home in the USA, whenever I get my hair done, they make sure I’m satisfied and will fix any issues free of charge. Here, I was told to “trust them” and give them a chance because they would do a great job. They also never mentioned that they don’t accept credit cards. I didn’t have cash with me, and halfway through the process I was told to go to an ATM and withdraw money. I was shocked, I told them I’m not going anywhere and even offered to leave my passport until I could pay after the service. After I returned to my hotel and washed my hair, the highlights turned into a very yellow, brassy color. I’m extremely disappointed with the result and the overall experience. If you are a tourist, please be careful with local businesses that overcharge and use poor-quality products. My hair is now damaged, and I can’t even brush it properly. Are you seriously going to respond to every review with more negativity toward your clients? I only fear God, and I stand by every word I wrote in my review. When I was at the salon, I was already frustrated by the payment situation. After spending almost the entire day there, I was simply happy to leave. I took a shower the next morning, and the color of my hair changed. Just before I left the salon, while a young assistant was blow-drying my hair, another stylist noticed that some gray hairs were still visible. She applied more color to those areas. I asked if she was going to wash it out again, and she said no, that she would just wipe it off. That is exactly how I left the salon. Do you really think that simply wiping color off the hair removes all of the dye? When I washed my hair the next morning, all of my highlights had turned dark brown in the areas where the root touch-up color had been applied. My review reflects my actual experience, and I have been honest about what happened. I reached out to you on WhatsApp in an effort to resolve this matter privately because I spent my hard-earned money on this service. In my message, I said that I wanted my hair fixed, but I was not willing to pay again for a correction. After that, you never responded to me. Please take a look at my photos and see for yourself, the life has been completely drained from my hair. One more important point: when you contact them on WhatsApp, they communicate in perfect English, but when you visit the salon, no one speaks or understands English. This was also very frustrating and made communication very difficult.

اليوم كانت أول زيارة لي ولابنتي إلى صالون عايشة ماجك، في اسطنبول وبصراحة كانت تجربة أكثر من رائعة. من لحظة الاستقبال لمسنا قمة الذوق والاحترافية، وجميع الصبايا كانوا في غاية اللطف والترحيب. قمت بعمل تنظيف بشرة وجلسة إبر نضارة، وبوتوكس، وكانت النتائج مذهلة وأفضل مما توقعت. بالإضافة إلى الخبرة العالية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، كان مستوى النظافة والعناية ممتازًا جدًا. بكل صدق أنصح الجميع بتجربة عايشة ماجك، لأنكم بمجرد أن تجربوه مرة واحدة ستعتمدونه دائمًا. شكرًا لكم على هذه التجربة الرائعة والنتائج الجميلة. 🌷💕
