The hotel itself has a good location, clean rooms, and a decent sauna. However, my overall experience was very disappointing due to poor customer service and misleading information. I stayed at the hotel on 25–26 May 2026 and discovered that the swimming pool and jacuzzi advertised on Agoda were unavailable because they were under construction. These facilities were among the main reasons I chose this hotel, and this information was not clearly disclosed before booking. I later had an upcoming reservation for 25–26 June 2026, which I requested to cancel after already completing my intended stay in May. Despite explaining the situation and raising concerns about the unavailable facilities, the hotel rejected my request and offered no reasonable support. Communication with management was also poor, and my concerns were not properly addressed. I believe hotels should provide accurate information about available facilities and handle customer issues more professionally. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel was advertised with swimming pool and jacuzzi but both were out of order, the room service phone was not working, the only good things were, good lady hotel manager, good hardworking cleaning lady, good breakfast and good location.
