Great place to get hamam and massage. The therapists were talented and professional. Free pick up and drop was arranged and was on time. Few improvements which would make the experience even better: 1. Mosquito control at waiting area. That's the first place consumers interact and seeing mosquitos buzzing around raises questions on hygiene. 2. Service should largely be confined to 1 or 2 nearby rooms at max. Walking around the entire facility draped in a towel for different things with people of opposite gender roaming around is not the experience you expect from a high-end spa.

We left this spa feeling satisfied with the service but not thoroughly wowed. My husband and I did the hammam treatment together (which we weren't asked about beforehand, though the shared experience was fine). The actual bath and massage were executed beautifully, which was easily the best part of the visit. However, the overall experience felt incredibly rushed from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were hurried into the locker room, given a paper cup of water, and put straight into the sauna without a pre-treatment shower. The locker room was clean but lacked individual or premium amenities, and the trash can was overflowing. After the bath, we were quickly dried off and sat on lounge chairs. We were kept in just our towels with no robes provided. Upon arrival, we were told we could have tea, coffee, or red wine, but at this point, we weren't actually offered a choice and were just handed tea alongside some apples. While lounging, a face mask was applied. To finish, we were asked to wash the mask off ourselves, and then we were immediately ushered back to the locker room to get dressed. Because there were no lotions, face products, or toiletry kits provided to rehydrate, our skin felt extremely dry when we left. Great technical skill by the staff during the treatment itself, but the pacing, lack of robes, and sparse amenities took away from what should have been a relaxing spa experience.

Una experiencia maravillosa y totalmente relajante. Desde el momento en que entras en Ilyada Turkish Spa, el ambiente transmite tranquilidad y bienestar. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas, y el baño turco fue una experiencia auténtica y muy especial. Las masajistas son verdaderas profesionales y tienen unas manos mágicas. Después del peeling y la exfoliación, pasamos a otra zona donde nos aplicaron una mascarilla facial lifting, y luego finalizamos con un masaje increíblemente relajante. Salimos literalmente flotando del spa. Además, queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal. Por falta de tiempo tuvimos que cambiar varias veces los horarios, y siempre hicieron todo lo posible para adaptarse y ayudarnos con muchísima paciencia y amabilidad. La relación calidad-precio es excelente y realmente merece muchísimo la pena vivir esta experiencia. Sin duda, recomiendo este spa a cualquiera que quiera relajarse y disfrutar de un auténtico baño turco en Capadocia. ¡Volveríamos otra vez sin pensarlo!
