I suffered from severe migraines and chronic headaches for several years. I was experiencing intense headaches at least five times a week, relied on medication, and tried many different treatments. Uzun zamandır hem ders hem masa başı çalışmaktan dolayı Forward Head Posture sıkıntısı yaşıyordum, Dr. Ali Bey daha ilk seansta tam nokta atışı yaparak kasları rahatlattı ve postürümü düzeltti. İlerleyen seanslarda diyafram, core, bacak ve diz postürleri üzerine çalışarak baştan aşağıya bir postür ve kas farkındalığı kazanmamı sağladı. Kendisine ne kadar teşekkür etsem az, bu kadar noktaya atış tedavi yaptığı için. Two years ago I suffered a very painful back injury and could barely walk or move. I saw five different doctors and received various diagnoses, but no one was actually able to help me recover.
