The place itself looks beautiful and well-designed, but unfortunately the staff is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The quality of service is highly disappointing, and the attitude of the employees feels careless and disrespectful. It seems like customers are not valued at all. Despite the great ambiance, the poor staff performance completely ruins the experience. Until management seriously addresses these issues, visiting this place feels like a waste of both time and money.
