SCAM!! PLEASE REPORT TO TOURIST POLICE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!! Would leave a 0 star review if possible!! My husband asked for a haircut and wash. The kept applying extra treatments such as facemask and other facial treatments without asking if we want it only saying ‘we give you this’ (making us think it was complementary). After trying to charge us 11,000 Lira we confronted them and also said it was cash only and their card machine wasn’t working. AVOIDDDDD

SCAMMERS!!!! Absolutely disgusting experience. I was called into the shop for one treatment and then pressured into having more treatments added on top. I was repeatedly told it was “complementary” and included, only to then be hit with a bill of almost £200, over 11,000 lira. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. The situation got so bad that I had to return the next day with the police involved just to resolve the matter. The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional and honestly felt like a scam. No proper communication, no transparency with pricing, just manipulative behaviour to get more money out of customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting behaviour and terrible customer service.

SCAMMERS!!! Some guy called me off the street for a haircut. I agreed for the experience. I asked for a haircut and a hair wash which should have been no more thann 1500 Lita. They kept applying facial treatment and other extra services when I never asked for it and claimed I agreed which is a lie. The total was 11,000 Lira which is £176. I called them out on their lie and scam and eventually agreed to pay half of it which I wasn’t happy about. They then said they only accept cash and I refused to pay cash. Used my credit card so I will be going to my bank to get the money back Avoid at all costs they are scammers
