I came to Nova Nail Beauty with really damaged nails and quite a bit of anxiety. Honestly, it was a tough situation – on one finger I had barely half a nail left, and the rest of my nails were in very poor condition. I was genuinely worried that nothing good could come out of it. But Elif completely took away all my worries. She was incredibly professional, gave me honest and thoughtful advice, and clearly explained what would be best for my nails. I felt safe and in good hands from the very beginning. She also exceeded my expectations with the nail art – the design turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. I absolutely love the result! Even though I don’t speak Turkish, we had such a nice connection and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. I was even treated to a delicious Turkish coffee, which made it extra special. The price–quality ratio is really excellent. I even messaged them at 1:00 AM and got a reply right away (which was absolutely not necessary, but so impressive!), and they were able to give me an appointment for the very next day. I’m honestly very impressed, and I don’t recognize the negative reviews I saw here at all. I will definitely be coming back – next time also for a pedicure with Elif! Thank you so much, I’m really happy 😊
