Прошёл месяц после процедуры перманентного макияжа, и я хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность студии. С самого начала был очень профессиональный подход: мы подробно обсудили форму и оттенок, подобрали всё индивидуально под мои пожелания и особенности внешности. Результат получился очень аккуратным, естественным и именно таким, как я хотела. Видно, что мастера действительно понимают свою работу и работают с вниманием к деталям. Также хочу отдельно отметить медицинский педикюр это лучший педикюр в моей жизни. Мне никогда раньше не делали настолько качественно и тщательно. Всё выполнено очень чисто, аккуратно и профессионально. Здесь действительно честный подход к работе, что, к сожалению, встречается не в каждом салоне. Теперь я ваша постоянная клиентка!

Do NOT go there for lip contour/lip blush. I left this salon crying today. I simply want to share my experience so that nobody else ends up in the same situation. First of all, I do not want to blame the owner. I found her polite and honest throughout the process. However, I have genuinely never had such an experience in my life. I booked an ombré lip/lip blush procedure and clearly explained what I wanted. I showed the exact color and result I was aiming for, and I also mentioned that I understood a second session might be necessary because I had a small area on my upper lip that needed extra coverage. When I arrived, the technician barely explained the procedure. The treatment was incredibly painful, far more than I expected. Within only three days, most of the color had already faded. During the session, I repeatedly asked her to properly fill the small gap on my upper lip, but she refused, saying she had finished her work and that insisting further would burn my skin. Personally, I felt she simply wanted to finish as quickly as possible. Afterwards, I sent photos and explained that I was unhappy with both the result and the color, which looked nothing like a lip blush. At first, I was asked to wait, which I did for several weeks, but nothing improved. Later, I was told they would correct the issue at their expense. However, when I traveled all the way back across the city for the appointment, it turned into a complete disaster. The technician spoke Russian and told me she would only fill the small gap and that I was actually expected to pay for a second session myself. It would have been NO PROBLEM for me to pay a second session if everything was said since the beginning. Instead they insisted for me to do only one session and after while she almost insulted me that I wanted something without paying. No I just wanted to have something clean and as promised the first time. I was honestly shocked. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. She insisted that I should pay, despite the fact that we had already agreed beforehand that the correction would be free of charge. In the end, after seeing how upset I was, the manager refunded me. For that, I am grateful. She was clearly uncomfortable with the situation and handled it as best she could. Unfortunately, I am now left with a very unattractive lip tattoo, a color much lighter than my natural lip color, visible gaps, and a result that is far from what was promised. I have to remove this and feel the pain of that again. I would like to thank the manager for her professionalism, but I would strongly recommend reviewing the staff situation, as experiences like this can seriously damage the reputation of the salon.

The best and i mean the best kindest staff best services and great prices. Anytime im in istanbul this place is the first place that comes to my mind before visiting any attraction sites. Been a customer for more than 3 years and still are amazing with what they do!!

Best mani pedi I’ve ever had thanks to Nigora, absolute perfection! Be warned that it takes time when a nail technician gives this much attention to detail, so allow at least 1h15m for just hands, and the same again for toes. Lovely Uzbeki ladies running this salon. Loved it!
