Pretty disappointed if I’m honest. Firstly I was visiting a friend in Turkey, she called and made a booking for both of us and we were told it would be 750 each. We arrived and they didn’t even know it was for two people so they didn’t have enough staff. We just sat and waited whilst the artist sat outside with friends for a while. I had gel on my nails already and instead of soaking them off, they filed them down, which lead to one of my natural nails being broken, my nails are strong and had been grown out and they broke it- which fine, things happen but ridiculous I then had to pay extra because they broke a nail. Since then, that nail they extended broke within less than 24 hours and that was just from sleeping. Two more nails have properly chipped as well. I was then made to pay an additional 250 because the gel I had on before, wasn’t their work so I had to pay for that- insane. They also told my friend that I already knew that that was their policy, but how would I know that when it was my first time in Kayseri and first time with this nail studio. It was pretty rude. So what was meant to be a 750 trip for my nails, turned into 1050 and quite a few nails are wrecked: my nails are also now so thin in comparison to before, and seem weaker. I’m really not happy
